US based IT company looking for a Receptionist cum Front office assistant for their Off-shore development center in Infopark, Kakkanad. Female candidates with pleasing personality, good communication skills and experience would be considered.

Excellent communication skills (English), Interpersonal skills & telephone etiquettes.
Good in Microsoft Office software's and typing speed
Co-ordinate marketing team and communicate with clients.
Help setting up client meetings for marketing team.
Maintain daily employee timesheet and co-ordinate with HR and admin.
