Job Summary:
· Perform systems design, development estimates, coding and unit testing
· Complete assigned technical tasks

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Review business requirements and recommend report content and layout, including graphical components
· Develop reports and data extracts using SQL and SQL Server Reporting Services
· Recommend changes and enhancements to existing application and reports
Qualifications:
· Degree: Computer Science or equivalent
· Minimum 3 years IT experience
· Minimum 2 years Microsoft SQL Server
· Minimum 1 year SQL Server Reporting Services, including drill down and sub-reports
· Working knowledge of the software development life cycle
· Excellent documentation skills
· Ability to successfully communicate – both verbal and written
· Must be able to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
· 3 years Windows Server Operating Systems experience
· 1 year experience with ETL or EDI projects, preferably using SQL Server integration Services
· 1 year experience with ASP.Net, ADO.net development
· Experience with Agile, Lean, or Xtreme programming highly desired
· Staffing industry experience a plus
Minimum 3 years of SQL Server experience
