National Institute of Management is currently looking for Assistant Manager-Human Resources at its office in ErnakulamThe job responsibilities include but are not limited toProviding leadership and coordination of company Human Resource functions.Developing and implementing corporate Human Resource strategy and programs.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESCreate company strategic recruitment and selection plan.Coordinate company equal opportunity programs to achieve diversity goals.Create company strategic training and organizational development plan to meet personal, professional, and organizational needs of company employees.Oversee compensation programs to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive salary levels.Oversee the design and development of compensation strategy and programs.Evaluate and recommend improvements to benefit programs.Develop and coordinate grievances and mediate workplace disputes.Evaluate procedures and technology solutions to improve human resources data management.Recommend and maintain an organizational structure and staffing levels to accomplish company goals and objectives.Evaluate company culture and provide recommendations on changes to accomplish company goals and objectives.Develop and manage annual budgets for the division and perform periodic cost and productivity analyses.Recommend and establish company policies and proceduresKNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTSExperience in staffing, implementation of HR policies, employee counselling and grievances handling required. Participation in and delivery of training and development programs or employees is advisable. Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materialsAbility to participate in and facilitate group meetingsWork requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.Eligibility Criteria Should be having a Bachelor's degree in any streamsMBA/Masters/equivalent degree with specialization in Human MBA/Masters/equivalent degree with specialization in Human Resources will be preferred.Should have domain (relevant) experience in the range of (2 - 4 years)Experience in the same field will be appreciatedAge limit between 23 -27 years.Should be having excellent analytical and judgment skillsShould have very good communication Skills.Company Description: National Institute of Management (NIM) is affiliated the famous NGO Lokseva Foundation Trust.(Govt.
