2+ years Systems administration/network administration background.

Senior Technical Support Engineer:
2+ years Systems administration/network administration background. Basic networking and TCP/IP architecture knowledge.

Job Description:
Own and manage Support case tickets and follow established Infoblox Support process to resolve cases. Troubleshooting will involve work in India lab to recreate scenarios, analysis of logs, participation in web based remote sessions with customers and escalation of hot customer issues.

Minimum: 2 year(s) , Maximum: 5 year(s)
