of excellence for fortune 500 clients.



We are interested in hiring quantitatively oriented young professionals who
are keen to establish their credentials in the rapidly emerging high growth
business analytics and decision support industry.

Job Role: Business Analyst

Experience: 3 - 7 Years



Job Description:

Work with our development partners in design and development of Dashboards
and BI applications.

Will need to gather requirement from business users and convert the same to
specifications for our development partners

Once the application is developed, will need to hand hold business users.



Desired candidate profile;

- High Proficiency in SQL Server

- Demonstrate excellent skills in Database Designing, Implementation &
Tuning for Microsoft SQL Server.

- Extensive hands on experience in developing based web solutions in the
area of custom dashboards

- A minimum 3 yrs of experience into development of data driven web
applications

- Excellent coding skills

- Independent and self-driven & good Interpersonal skills

- Exposure to working in Global Delivery Model

- More than 80% marks in Maths in standard 10 and 10+2



The selected candidates will undergo a probationary period of 3 months with
a stipend of Rs 10000/-Per month . After 3 months , depending on the
performance oThe selected candidates will undergo a probationary period of
1+2 months with a stipend of Rs 7500/- per month. Depending on the
performance of the candidate and market conditions at the end of the three
months, the candidate may be absorbed as a permanent employee with salary
being upwardly revised to a range of INR 12,500 - 20,000. There will be
options for ESOP based on performance as per company policy in the long term
as well.
