> Should possess Excellent Communication Skills in US Process & passion to deliver results.
> Should be able to create and implement Hiring strategies depending on the Location.
> Should have expertise in poaching the candidates from the competitive firms.
> Responsible to generate prospective CV s through innovative measures.
> Responsible for Evaluating competencies, Interview co ordination and negotiating the contracts.
> Desired candidate will be working in coordination with the Senior Management across the Globe.
> Must possess Headhunting or Agency recruiting experience.
> 3+yrs of recruitment experience, preferably in the financial sector.
