Education: BE/B. Tech/MCA or graduate with diploma is required

Desired Candidate Profile:
L2 support for all Telecom projects
Interaction with Product Team for resolution of issues beyond scope
Manage 24*7*365 L1 on-site team- If required will go on-site to support the team s & project in any eventually
System process monitoring at all levels
Hardware status monitoring at all levels
Database monitoring at all levels
Application support at all levels
Client interaction at all levels
Be able to carryout process documentation, change request and prepare any other documents as required from time to time
Carryout Hardware & software integration activities along with conduct of acceptance testing with client.

Experience:1 - 3 Years

Location: Chandigarh
