Job Title: Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description (What they do):
Recruitment of Advisors.
o Recruiting Advisors from their own contact database.
o Train the advisors on products and get licensing done (Training facility available in Life Insurance Company) .
Managing team.
o Manage the advisors under him.
o Motivate the advisors to achieve targets & Close sales call.
o Should go with advisors to meet customers.
o Close sales with advisors.

Candidate Profile (What we are looking for):
should be from Local area (Calicut or should have spent minimum 2 years in Calicut& Trivendrum

Good spoken & written English & knowledge of a second language.
Accountability.
Good network in market.

Salary Scale: - 2.50 to 4Lac PA. FIX CTC + INCENTIVES.
