Education: Any Graduates with CCNA Certification

Job description:
Managing each customer interaction to the satisfaction of the customer
Problem isolation and identification
Engagement and interaction handling of customer to an acceptable closure
Managing each customer interaction to their satisfaction
Remotely access and troubleshoot if needed

Technical skills required:
> OSI model - Thorough knowledge
> Networking - Basic and advanced knowledge
> Wireless networking - Basic and advanced knowledge
> Windows OS / Server - Basic and advanced knowledge
> DSL and Cable technologies - Preferable
> Dial up - Added advantage
> Linux Servers - Basic knowledge
> Preferably 1 year exp in networking
> Knowledge about Wifi

Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Location: Bangalore

Compensation: Rupees 1, 75,000 - 2, 75,000
