Qualification :- Engineering Graduate/ Science Graduates/ any Post Graduates  with good hands on experience Skills - Asp.net, C#, XML, JavaScript, Style sheets, SQL Server 2000/2005, web services
Required Candidate Profile :-
4+ years of experience in .Net (ASP.Net, C#, Web Services, XML) technologies  
         Hands on experience in designing and developing scalable web applications using .Net framework (2.0/3.5)  
         Knowledge / Hands on experience in Microsoft WPF, WCF,Expression blend - Hands on experience in designing and developing scalable Databases.  
         Prior experience in working in Onsite/Offshore model
          Ideal candidate will be Self driven and motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills  
         Should be a team player and have  Can do  attitude.  
         Knowledge/ prior experience in Quality processes such as ISO, QMS is desirable
Preferred skills
          Experience in Financial application is a Plus.
          Team Lead experience
         Experience in Multi National Companies
