QUALIFICATION

CA with about 4-8 years industry experience especially in a software services company with a business model where the parent company is in India and has subsidiaries in US, UK, Singapore, etc.

Key skills are:
Expert level knowledge of Indian GAAP accounting in listed IT services companies;
1. Prior experience in converting financial statements from US GAAP / IFRS into I-GAAP;
2. Prior experience in consolidating parent-subsidiary financials as per I-GAAP.
3. Exposure to implementing SAP – FICO Module.
