Desirable:
 Agile project processes such as Scrum
 Test-driven development using NUnit and related tools
 Code quality using FxCop
 Developing web sites to meet WCAG accessibility standards
 XSLT programming
 Active Directory programming in .NET
 .NET 3.0 / 3.5 - WF, WCF, WPF
 SSRS, SSIS, SSAS
 SharePoint portal and web parts
 Microsoft Dynamics GP or AX
 Relevant Microsoft certifications â€" e.g. MCAD, MCSD, MCTS, MCPD
