Job Descriptions:
Senior developers are expected to be conversant with UML, Object Oriented Analysis and Design, design patterns like MVC, and agile development methodologies like RUP and XP. Test Driven Development is the norm, so knowledge of unit testing frameworks like JUnit and SimpleTest is a plus. Testers should be familiar with regression, load, stress and acceptance testing tools like JMeter, Fitnesse and Selenium. Microsoft developers should be conversant with application blocks like configuration, logging, exception handling, and caching.
Whatever be the level, you are expected to be highly technical and aware of web security and performance issues. You also need good oral and written English communication skills. You should be able to put across your ideas to customers clearly through emails and/or teleconference calls. At QBurst, we see customers as partners and their success is vital to us.
