2. System Administrator /Linux Administrators

Educational qualification:

Job Description:
Looking for few dynamic people with top notch server administration experience to join our team. Candidate will be involved in administration of Linux /windows servers. Candidate will be interacting with Armia's clients world wide to resolve the technical issues through your trouble shooting knowledge and research ability. Candidate will be solving basic to complex issues related to server and web hosting. Candidate's written communication skill must be good and should have concentration and an eye in detail and also an attitude for continuous self learning and technology update. 24x7 technical support division requires candidate to be available to work in different shifts.

Technical skill competence:
Candidate should be an expert in either Linux (redhat, freebsd) servers or windows family (widows 2000, 2003, MS SQL, Outlook) servers Should have experience with live web servers, familiar with hosting industry, DNS, domain, hosting control panels, etc..
Performance Tuning/Monitoring and troubleshooting.
Kernel compilation/tweaking.
Security concepts/tools/services.
Familiarity with various distributions.
Familiarity with Open Source concepts and development methodologies.

3. Systems Manager

Educational qualification:

MBA is an added advantage but not a Must.

Required Skills:

Experience in handling more than 30 people is preferred

Looking for dynamic Systems Managers who can plan, coordinate, and facilitate the successful running of a profit centre of Armia Systems. Company requires a Team Leader who has sound technical knowledge and an inborn skill in managing a team of highly motivated individuals. Candidate has to determine both technical and business goals in consultation with top management and make detailed plans for the accomplishment of these goals. Candidate will be required to multitask and will be responsible for the fluent functioning of the profit centre which includes task ranging from assisting in constructing a business plan to overseeing network security to directing Internet. As the person in charge of the profit centre, candidate will be in charge of a large team of professionals and will hence have assign and review the work of the subordinates. Candidate will be in charge of analyzing the computer and information needs of the organization from an operational and strategic perspective and determine immediate and long-range personnel and equipment requirements. 4. FLEX Developer:

Educational qualification:
Any graduates & post graduates.

Job Description:
Looking for experienced Flex Developers with Good knowledge of implementing action scripts . Should be in a position to ensure that all the features and functionalities of the application meet highest standards of usability.
Flex, Flash, HTML, Action Scripting 3.0/ 2.0, client side scripting like JavaScript, and server side technologies like PHP/MySQL

Requirements:
Generic knowledge on Rich Internet programming
Knowledge of Flex Architecture
Strong background in Action scripts 2.0/3.0 and Flex .
Good in UI design using flash/flex
Skilled in integrating Flex with PHP
Skilled in integrating UI with back-end
Exposure to Action Script concepts like XML parsing, Shared objects, XML connectors, Web services, REST services, and MVC in flash is desirable

You will be working with a team of developers to design and develop dynamic, complex Web based products and services. You will responsible for taking an idea from concept to the implementation including requirements, design, developing and testing. Work with business development team to create the world class web applications.

Desired Profile:
Should have 2+ Years experience in PHP/MySQL. Experience in Ajax, Web 2.0 concepts, Ruby on Rails are beneficial, but not a must. Ideal candidate should have experience developing web applications
