1. R&D Experts :

Education: Graduation in Engineering/ Science from reputed colleges.

Desired Candidates:
> More than 2 years of experience in either Enterprise products like Internet Applications/ Networking/ Telecom/VOIP or Handhelds/ Gaming devices.
> Proficient in C/ C++/ Java, Data Structures and Algorithms.
> Sound OS concepts of Linux/ Unix/ System Calls or Windows/ Win32 SDK, Driver Development.
> Knowledge of 1 or more Network/ Telecom/ Application protocols like TCP/ IP, UDP, RTP, VOIP, SIP, HTTP etc.
> Exposure to Multimedia Streaming, Video/Audio Codec.
> Exposure to Tools like Rational, Eclipse, Clearcase, Debuggers.
> Good designing concepts - OOAD, Use case analyses, UML etc for requirement & design.

2. Development Specialists (Java/ J2EE)

Job Code: ARB010

Education: Graduation in Engineering/ Science from reputed colleges.

Desired candidates:
> 2 to 4 years of overall experience. (At least 2 years in application development)
> Ability convert business requirements into object-oriented design and code.
> Proficiency in programming & debugging/ Unit testing (Junit) of Web Application.
> Good Knowledge of Oracle RDBMS, SQL and PL/SQL.

3. Test Specialists:

Job Code: ARB010

Education: Graduation in Engineering/ Science from reputed colleges.

Desired candidates:
> 2 to 4 years of overall experience. (At least 2 years in testing of Web Based systems & Products.
> Ability to convert business requirements into test scenarios and Test Cases.
> Expertise in Test execution and exposure to Quality Center/ Win Runner/ Load Runner tools.
> Knowledge of SQL queries.
