Job Description:
Issues related to Hardware & Networking.

NETWORKING:

> TCP/IP networks.
> Installing network adapter.
> Installing and configuring DNS.
> Installing and configuring ADS.
> Installing and configuring DHCP.
> Installing and configuring IIS.
> Configuring and managing RRAS.
> Installing RIS.

System Administration:
Installation of servers and systems. Installation of required software on systems and servers.
Active directory installation and configuration.
Configure Sharing and Security permissions.
System and user account management.
Backup of user data.
Restoration of backup in case of need.
Attend user requests related to system problems.
Troubleshoot and rectify system problems.
Identify faulty components and try to repair or replace with another.
Study and analyze user requirements and plan for system up gradation.
Monitor system performance.
Keep systems updated with service packs and patches.
Prepare and update system configuration documents.
Checking the Event logs of server (DC and ADC).
Maintaining user group policy management.
Checking the statistics on Proxy server.
