Primary Skills:
Fair Knowledge of Security Infrastructure.
Red Hat Certified Engineer.
Implementation, Administration experience of Web, Mail Infrastructure based on Linux.
Fair knowledge of PHP / Java / Shell Scripting.
Experience with clustering technology.
Desired Implementation experience of any Directory Services and Linux or Unix Cluster.
Implementation experience with relational databases (MySQL, Postgresql, Oracle).
Also highly desirable Familiarity with Virtualization Technologies (Xen, VMware)
Makes presentations, demonstrations, and evaluations, as needed, on all aspects of products as they relate to RHEL.
Understands a wide base of hardware platforms and software technologies.
Assists presales/sales teams in assessing potential application of Red Hat's products and partner's products to meet customer needs.
Provides follow-up support in disseminating technical information on specific applications to RHEL presales/Sales teams.

Secondary Skills:
Should have worked in Alliance role
Should have exposure to Open Source Solutions

Key Responsibilities:
Provides pre-sales technical support activities in the field - RFP responses, end customer calls, etc. Makes presentations, demonstrations, and evaluations, as needed, on all aspects of products as they relate to RHEL. Understands a wide base of hardware platforms and software technologies. Assists sales teams in assessing potential application of Red Hat's products and partner's products to meet customer needs. Provides follow up support in disseminating technical information on specific applications to Red Hat's field technical teams.

Experience: 2 - 6 Yrs.
